8 Kingdom Entrepreneur Top Characteristics

clouds As I look back over the years since I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and savior on 11/25/04, I am thankful for all that God has revealed to me about following the leading of the Holy Spirit. He has taught me the distinct differences found within a Kingdom Entrepreneur as you compare them to other types of entrepreneurs (not limited to) such as: Survival, Achievement and Lifestyle Entrepreneurs. If you want greater teaching on that please contact your Live with Purpose Coach and asked for our resource called – “The Path of the Kingdom Entrepreneur ™”. As you search your heart and reflect on how you operate currently as a non-profit / ministry leader or an entrepreneur, I pray this list would inspire you to walk in the fullness of the divine empowerment and freedom that Christ has made available to you!

May God bless you richly as you obediently serve the world…

Joe

The office of the Kingdom Entrepreneur is a sacred charge. These individuals have been blessed with an advanced life purpose that is focused on holiness. It is many times an evolution from that of the Lifestyle Entrepreneur, or perhaps even the Achievement Entrepreneur. The big difference is that the other two might bring forth fulfillment, at least in terms of being an entrepreneur, but the Kingdom Entrepreneur has something very precious and unique. Genius

GENIUS – It’s in every one of us.

When you think about the unique nature of every human being you could conclude that we all possess the ability to think, create, change, learn, understand and be understood. It’s sort of a created geography, a confluence of inherited traits and a conglomerate of all our past and present experiences. Then there’s the DNA that exists in us from generations past; all the way back to creation. At one time we were in prefect harmony with our Creator, our God. Unique in every way, but perfect in every way. There are memories, hurts, triumphs, and untold stories yet to be lived out.

To live out our genius is to live out the intersection between what we’ve inherited and all that we’ve been influenced by since conception.

The Charmans Head to Peru

Personal friends of Live With Purpose Coaching, Steve and Kristen Charman, are headed to Peru in February, bringing the light of the Gospel of Jesus along with them!

If you’ve read Joe Sharp’s Running Down Your Dreams, you may recall Steve’s story in chapter 23, titled “It all Began With ‘G’Day Mate!’ The Steve Charman Story.”

Steve and Kristen, Sydney area (Australia) natives, will embark on a 10 day Missions & Crusades trip to Peru with evangelists Jerame and Miranda Nelson and Jim and Kathy Drown.

The Lord’s Itinerary – 10 days – 4 cities

By day the group will be equipping local churches through conferences and ministering to orphans, the poor, and those in prison. By night they will be praying for the sick and inviting anyone and everyone to commit their lives to Jesus.

How you can help – With a goal of raising $5,000, the Charmans have a long way to go to fund their trip. Please consider interceding for the trip and/or donating here. Rest assured that every cent donated will go toward the trip.

“And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up.” – JAMES 5:15 (NIV)

You can learn more about the Charmans, this trip and the Miracle Crusades Ministry here.

Review: In a Pit With a Lion on a Snowy Day

“In A Pit With A Lion On A Snowy Day” – Mark Batterson

How to Survive and Thrive when Opportunity Roars

Mark Batterson recalls and revives the oftentimes buried little story of Benaiah, risk taker and lion slayer. The canvas with which Batterson paints this rousing and edifying wake-up call for dreamers, entrepreneurs and opportunists is both original and essential for the Church in light of the fears and challenges that look to block her destiny.

Nestled in 2nd Samuel 23 is the very short story of Benaiah, a decorated warrior from David’s camp. But a few lines tell of his exploits: Destroyer of Moab’s two finest soldiers. Outmatched and out-manned yet victorious over a “huge” Egyptian. And then there is the lion, in a pit, on a snowy day. Batterson leverages this epic line in guiding readers to trounce their fears, embrace risk, reevaluate their faith and “lock eyes with their lion.”

A Trip of a Lifetime to India

Recently, I made my first trip to the country of India. It was truly a trip of a lifetime!

I have traveled all around the world and have been on some amazing adventures. However, this one was one of spiritual, personal and professional magnitude well beyond anything I could have hoped for. I pray my highlights are an encouragement to you as you consider your travel goals and dreams in life.

I was able to gain greater experience on Dream Interpretation through Kristi Graner of Dare to Believe. Her ministry was inspired by John Paul Jack’s organization – Streams Ministries. I was also able to grow in my experience with SOZO (Inner Healing / Deliverance) ministry. You can find out more at: http://bethelsozo.com/.
